Experienced in overseeing evaluations of complex diversity and inclusion services and interventions. Have effectively led evaluations at local, national and international scales. Dr Verma has led evaluations of process, systems, behavioural and implementation programmes pertaining to inclusion and intersectionality.

Dr Verma has delivered keynotes, lectures, seminars and panel discussion across the world. He has supported countries and organisations in launching their first anti-racism action plans. His expertise on anti-racism and intersectionality has helped delegates and organisations be more critical, bold and brave in their approaches to actualising true inclusion.
