Inclusion, Intersectionality & Impact Leader

I am the leading figure in implementing and integrating intersectionality in systems, policy, and programs both nationally and internationally. I am a strategic leader in co-creating and implementing equity, diversity, inclusion, and intersectionality initiatives into meaningful applications across program, policy, people, and culture functions.

Using a range of impact and evaluation methods, I have empowered teams and people to advocate for diversity and inclusion. I have the tenacious ability to transform complexity into meaningful insights. I have worked nationally and internationally to integrate intersectionality, diversity, and inclusion into programs and policies to influence, improve, and impact at scale while developing partnerships to increase funding opportunities for organisations.

I am a confident public speaker with the ability to empower, build confidence, engage, and connect with diverse audiences including staff, media, and partners, and deliver keynotes across the world. As an innovator, I am a relational and ethical thought leader who embraces systems thinking, complexity, and creativity to achieve a strategic vision and create positive social change against critical challenges facing marginalized communities. I have delivered workshops, seminars, and keynotes across the world, influencing the debate on diversity and inclusion in the higher education sector. I am a published Editor, Author and was nominated as a Diversity and Inclusion Leader of 2022 by the d&i leaders group.
