Professor Verma is a leading figure in implementing intersectionality, inclusive cultures, robust governance, leadership and impact into higher education and public sector systems, policy and programmes both nationally and internationally. He is a strategic leader in co-creating inclusive and intersectional approaches to governance, policy and compliance cultures and change initiatives into meaningful applications across programme, policy, systems, people and culture functions.
